Quentin Crowe FCIM, MA has over 25-years’ senior marketing experience. He began his career at Lloyd’s of London insurance market, rising to become one of the first marketing directors in the sector. He has since built training and consultancy businesses specialising in marketing strategy and customer experience (Cx). He has trained over 4,000 marketers and entrepreneurs in the UK, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
More recently Quentin has developed acclaimed leadership programmes in the investment industry.
Quentin believes passionately in the power of diversity. His extensive travels have instilled in him the importance of:
